SP Motorsports, a performance shop from Hayward California, is set to launch its 2026 Lamborghini Super Trofeo campaign this weekend at the legendary Sebring International Raceway, marking the first round of the season at one of North America’s most demanding circuits. Known for its notoriously rough surface, punishing bumps, high-speed corners, and notoriously challenging passing zones, Sebring presents a true test of both machine and driver. Fielding two entries for the opening round, SP Motorsports will campaign the No. 74 Lamborghini Huracán Super Trofeo EVO2 driven by Daniel Morillo and Paul Whiting, alongside the No. 27 machine piloted by Joaquin Morillo and Jaden Conwright.
The season opener promises intense competition as the team tackles the historic 3.74-mile circuit, where precision, patience, and resilience are essential for success. With a strong driver lineup and months of preparation behind them, SP Motorsports heads into Sebring focused on delivering a competitive performance and setting the tone for the season ahead. As the green flag drops on this inaugural Lamborghini Super Trofeo round at Sebring, the team is ready to embrace the challenge and begin what they hope will be a defining season.
