Motorsports Service Advisor

Position Overview:

SP Motorsports is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join
our team. The Service Advisor will act as a liaison between customers and the service
department, ensuring a seamless and satisfying service experience. The ideal
candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for motorsports, and a
strong understanding of automotive services.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:
● Greet customers promptly and professionally.
● Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle symptoms and
service needs.
● Provide clear explanations of services, repairs, and estimated costs.
● Maintain open communication with customers regarding the status of their
vehicles and any changes in service estimates or timing.
Service Coordination:
● Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the service team to ensure
efficient workflow.
● Prepare detailed and accurate repair orders, including pricing, timelines, and
required parts.
● Assist customers with warranty and service contract inquiries.
● Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional
concerns.
Sales and Upselling:
● Identify additional service opportunities and recommend maintenance services or
repairs to customers.
● Provide information on product offerings, promotions, and service packages.
● Assist in achieving sales targets by promoting service and parts sales.
Administrative Tasks:
● Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, service recommendations,
and completed repairs.
● Process payments and manage billing inquiries.
● Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety
standards.
Team Collaboration:
● Work closely with technicians and parts department to ensure timely and
accurate service delivery.
● Communicate effectively with all team members to facilitate a positive and
productive work environment.
Qualifications:
● High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications
in automotive technology or business management is a plus.
● Previous experience in a service advisor role or similar customer service
position, preferably in the automotive or motorsports industry.
● Strong knowledge of automotive services, products, and repair procedures.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
● Proficiency in using computer systems and service management software.
● Valid driver license with a clean driving record.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
Job description:
Salary is $40,000 + commission per year, bringing the total OTE higher.

Research and Development Engineer Level 1

Key Responsibilities Include but are not Limited to:
● Utilize CAD software to create technical drawings, production-ready models, and
prototyping components.
● Install and test fit prototype components on performance and street vehicles for
quality assurance and installation guide creation.
● Analyze existing and new products with an emphasis on design for
manufacturing (CNC, composites, laser/waterjet cutting, and additive
manufacturing).
● Identify risks and develop data-driven solutions for existing and new products
● Maintain engineering records including part numbers, serial numbers, and bills of
materials
● Assist in project management and manufacturing coordination.
● Research and request necessary parts for assigned tasks.
● Accurately document all work performed and time spent on the company’s
management system.
● Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure
seamless interdepartmental workflow.
● Strong working knowledge of AI tools and platforms and the ability to use them
effectively to improve research, analysis, documentation, workflow efficiency, and
problem-solving.

Qualifications and Skills:

Required:
● 0–1 year professional work experience required. , including internships or closely
related hands-on project experience.
● BS Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Aerospace Engineering from an
accredited university.
● 3+ years of academic, personal, internship, or professional CAD experience
(Fusion preferred).
● Strong passion for the motorsports industry.
● Proficiency with spreadsheet calculations and data analysis.
● Basic understanding of aerodynamics and fluid mechanics.
● Basic understanding of automotive systems and components.
Preferred:
● Machine shop experience.
● Familiarity with 3D scanning hardware/software.

● Experience with motorsports data logging software/tools (e.g., MoTeC, VBox, or
similar).
● Experience in FASE/Baja.

dynamic team! In this role, you will be the friendly face helping customers find the
perfect parts and accessories, maintaining a clean and organized shop environment,
and supporting various shop operations. Your enthusiasm for cars and racing will drive
your success as you assist with vehicle detailing, cleaning, and other essential tasks to
ensure our shop runs smoothly. This is a paid position perfect for someone eager to

customer service.

Responsibilities, but not limited to the following:
● Greet customers.
● Perform vehicle detailing, including car washing to ensure vehicles look their best
● Maintain cleanliness of the shop area through regular cleaning, and organization
of tools and supplies
● Support car wash operations by preparing vehicles for detailing or customer
pickup
● Help with inventory management by organizing parts, and tracking supplies
● Responsible for daily operations of the service facility.
● Daily Staging of cars at open/close of shop.
● Provide assistance to service technicians as needed.
● Completing all work directed from managers & listed in work orders in a safe &
timely manner.
● Maintaining safe & clean work environment.
● Ensure compliance with the highest quality standards.
Requirements
