Position Overview: SP Motorsports is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join our team. The Service Advisor will act as a liaison between customers and the service department, ensuring a seamless and satisfying service experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for motorsports, and a strong understanding of automotive services.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
Greet customers promptly and professionally.

- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle symptoms and service needs.
- Provide clear explanations of services, repairs, and estimated costs.
- Maintain open communication with customers regarding the status of their vehicles and any changes in service estimates or timing.
- Service Coordination:
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with the service team to ensure efficient workflow.
- Prepare detailed and accurate repair orders, including pricing, timelines, and required parts.
- Assist customers with warranty and service contract inquiries.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional concerns.
- Sales and Upselling:
- Identify additional service opportunities and recommend maintenance services or repairs to customers.
- Provide information on product offerings, promotions, and service packages.
- Assist in achieving sales targets by promoting service and parts sales.
- Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, service recommendations, and completed repairs.
- Process payments and manage billing inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with technicians and parts department to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Communicate effectively with all team members to facilitate a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in automotive technology or business management is a plus.
- Previous experience in a service advisor role or similar customer service position, preferably in the automotive or motorsports industry.
- Strong knowledge of automotive services, products, and repair procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and service management software.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Job Overview:
We are looking for someone to join our fast growing Arrive and Drive Experience program. You will be responsible for supporting the driver and the car throughout the entire on-track experience.
Auto technician students are welcome to apply. Paid training will be provided.
Qualifications:
- Preferred 2 years+ customer service skills.
- Preferred 1 years minimum motorsport experience.
- Must have some understanding of mechanical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
- Willingness to adapt and learn as situations occur.
- Available to work weekends, and travel to various California tracks.
- Must have basic computer and internet skills.
- Ability to work as part of the team.
