SPM Alcon Brake Kit – 992 GT3/RS.

Alcon’s brake kit for the Porsche 992 GT3 & RS is a track-focused upgrade. It replaces factory components with motorsport-grade hardware built for consistent high-energy braking. The system features forged monobloc calipers. It uses 6-piston calipers in front and 4-piston calipers in the rear. Each caliper is nickel-plated for corrosion resistance. The calipers clamp two-piece floating rotors. These rotors mount to lightweight alloy hats. The system comes pre-bedded as a matched Pro-System kit. It includes pads, braided lines, brackets, and all required hardware.

Compared to factory iron brakes and optional PCCB rotors, this system offers clear track advantages. Steel two-piece rotors handle repeated thermal loads more effectively. They resist cracking and thermal shock better than ceramic rotors. The design allows for a wide range of brake pad compounds.
Drivers can tune bite, dust, and wear for specific track conditions. Ceramic systems offer far fewer options for this level of adjustment.
