SP Motorsports does not guarantee that all products are street legal in all jurisdictions. Certain products may be intended for racing or competition use only. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify legal use prior to purchase and installation.
Installation Responsibility
The customer is solely responsible for proper installation of all products. SP Motorsports strongly recommends that all parts be installed by a qualified professional.
SP Motorsports is not responsible for any damage, failure, or issues resulting from improper installation, incorrect use, or lack of maintenance.
No Liability for Damages
By purchasing and using products from SP Motorsports, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

- SP Motorsports shall not be held liable for any damages, including but not limited to:
- Vehicle damage
- Mechanical failure

Fitment & Compatibility

Professional Use & Performance Disclaimer

SP Motorsports makes no guarantees regarding performance gains, reliability, or suitability for any specific use unless explicitly stated in writing.
Order Acceptance
SP Motorsports reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving pricing errors, product availability issues, or suspected fraud.
SP Motorsports offers a limited warranty on select products sold through our website, subject to the terms below.
To qualify for warranty coverage, the product must be registered within thirty (30) days of delivery. Failure to register within this timeframe will result in no warranty coverage.
Once properly registered, the product will carry a thirty (30) day limited warranty period, beginning from the date of successful registration confirmation.

At its sole discretion, SP Motorsports will:

- Issue store credit for the product value

- Normal wear and tear
- Damage from racing, track use, or high-performance driving conditions

Installation Requirement

Claim Process
To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must complete the official SP Motorsports Warranty Claim Page available on our website.
All required information must be submitted through this form, including:
- Proof of purchase
- Confirmation of product registration within thirty (30) days of delivery
- Detailed description of the issue
- Supporting photos and/or documentation
SP Motorsports may request additional information or require the product to be returned for inspection.
SP Motorsports reserves the right to deny any claim that is incomplete, submitted outside of the required process, or does not meet the warranty terms.
