SP Motorsports wrapped up another highly successful Private Track Weekend at the legendary WeatherTech Raceway Laguna Seca, bringing together an incredible collection of drivers, cars, and enthusiasts for two days of premier track driving and unforgettable experiences. Blessed with cooler weather conditions and extended open-track sessions, many of our drivers were able to capitalize on the ideal conditions and achieve new personal best lap times throughout the weekend.

The event showcased exactly what makes SP Motorsports private events unique — quality track time, minimal traffic, and a professional environment focused on driver development and enjoyment. From GT3 RSs to dedicated race machinery, the paddock was filled with outstanding cars and even better people. We were especially excited to welcome the incredible group from Rev Your Faith, who brought an amazing energy to the event while providing exciting ride-along experiences for their youth group in a very special collection of Porsche cars, from a fun Cayman S track prepped car and 992 GT3 RS all the way to a 991 GT3 Cup!

Our reach continues to grow as enthusiasts travel from across the country to experience the SP Motorsports program firsthand. This weekend included friends visiting all the way from Seattle, Washington, who made the trip down to enjoy valuable seat time in their Porsche 991 GT3 RS at one of the world’s most iconic circuits. Adding to the excitement, SP Motorsports racing driver Jaden Conwright made a special appearance to get back behind the wheel of our SP Motorsports Porsche 992 GT3 RS alongside Chasen as the team continued chassis and setup development throughout the weekend.

Saturday’s sessions focused heavily on additional setup refinement with Chasen consistently running competitive mid-to-low 1:30 lap times on older Hoosier R8 tires. Early Sunday morning presented the ideal opportunity for a true attack lap. Despite cold temperatures and slightly damp conditions, Jaden Conwright delivered an incredible 1:27.6 lap time in the SP Motorsports 992 GT3 RS — an impressive testament to both driver capability and the continued evolution of the platform. As momentum continues to build, SP Motorsports looks forward to hosting more exclusive private track experiences this year, delivering the elite-level environment and high-quality track time that our clients have come to expect.
