After months of anticipation, Monterey Car Week 2026 is officially in the books and what a week it was. We kicked things off at Werks Reunion, hosted by the Porsche Club of America and dedicated to everything Porsche. This year, our display featured the SP Motorsports 991 GT3 Time Attack car, along with our 992 GT3 RS, showcased in support of Michelin.

The booth also gave us the opportunity to debut several products our team has been developing, including our new carbon-fiber adjustable drop links, Alcon brake kits for the 991 and 981/718 platforms, and the RSR intake manifold developed for our in-house 964 RSR builds.

More than anything, Werks Reunion was about connecting with the community. Our team had the chance to meet new clients, reconnect with longtime friends, and spend time with vendors and fellow enthusiasts. The energy throughout the event was incredible, and the response to our latest products was overwhelmingly positive. We’re excited to take the next steps and bring these pieces to market.

On Saturday, we traded the show field for the open road.We hosted a two-hour drive through California’s coastal mountains, surrounded by an incredible collection of cars and an even better group of people. From a beautifully executed Emory 356 to an original 427 Shelby Cobra signed by Carroll Shelby, the lineup was a perfect reminder of what makes Monterey Car Week so special. The cars may come from different eras and represent different approaches to performance, but the passion behind them is the same. Winding mountain roads, unforgettable machines, and miles of California coastline set the tone for the final chapter of the weekend.

That evening, we brought everyone together one last time for a dinner party at the SP Villa. With the cars finally parked and the weekend beginning to wind down, we gathered around the pool, shared stories from this year’s Car Week and years past, and enjoyed time with the people who make these experiences so memorable.

After the intensity of the show and the excitement of the drive, it was the perfect opportunity to slow down, reflect, and close out the weekend together. Monterey Car Week was about much more than a booth, a show, or a collection of remarkable cars. It was an opportunity to put our latest work in front of the community, hear honest feedback, strengthen relationships, and share the projects that continue to push SP Motorsports forward.
